battery drains fast

I charge my E71 battery overnight so that in the morning, the battery indicator shows full set of bars. On standby towards 5-6 PM, about 1/4 charge is lost without using the phone. I bought this unit brand new about a year ago.

Is it time for a new battery? Is there any way of checking battery health?

plz check ur mobile that any application is on or not,may be web /any software with on

Hi Venza,

Please, do close the applications. By having the apps running in background the memory is much more consumed, really muuuch much more

I think you over charge your battery or may be charge it again and again.
